Three Books From Prolific Fiction Blogger Sharon

My guest blogger today is  Sharon Jansen, a self-published author from Sri Lanka, and a mother of one.

Sharon has always loved writing, ever since she was a child. She's worked as a content writer for a few companies in the past and has also undertaken several ghostwriting projects on Upwork, mostly focusing on novellas. 

She is also a prolific fiction blogger, currently maintaining a short story blog on Blogspot called ‘The Omniscrolls’, on which she posts a new story every week.

Her favourite genres are fantasy, horror, thriller, and sci-fi, but she also dabbles in children’s stories from time to time.

Today, she tells us about her three books

​So far, I have published three books. The first is a psychological thriller/murder mystery story called ‘The Shadow of Death: Trails of Blood’.

It is the first of a trilogy and follows two detectives as they hunt down a serial killer who is seemingly a copycat of the most recent murderer they had put behind bars.

​It is a fast-paced, gritty story focusing on social injustice and its gruesome results.

​My second book, a sci-fi adventure titled ‘The Timeless Emprise’, is about an astronaut who becomes stranded on an unknown planet while on a mission to Mars.

The story follows the main character as he searches for his missing crew while traversing through the tortuous terrains and terrifying trials that lay in wait, all in hopes of finding his way back home.

The further he wanders on the rogue planet, the more he learns about the strange mysteries that surround it.

The third book I published is a horror short story collection called ‘Malisons & Shadows’. It is an assortment of fantastical horror and thriller short stories focusing on witchcraft, demons, spirits, and other malevolent beings.

Each story is a quick read, and is guaranteed to keep you on the edge of your seat.
